*Monograms are typically displayed as first, LAST, middle, with the initial of the last
name being the largest. For example, Leigh Anne Smith would be displayed: As: LSA
NOT As: LAS
When ordering a 3 initial monogramming please, let us know EXACTLY how you'd like
it. If you'd like it to be monogrammed aBc that is all you need to type. In order to avoid
confusion please do not type the full name and the initials.
Important Note: Standard monogramming will have the middle letter larger than the
rest [aBc]. If you prefer a same size monogram of FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST, you MUST i
indicate when ordering [ABC].

Do your items run true to size?Y es, all our items run true to size. We have provided size charts for all of our styles to help you better determine what size you need.
What is your return policy?
Items purchased from the website are accepted for return within 15 days of receiving and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Personalized items can not be returned or exchanged unless we made a mistake on the monogramming. Seasonal items would be accepted only if returned 10 days before the Holiday. Sorry we don't do exchanges.
